Welcome to SEOBoostAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEOBoostAI system, documentation, and related services (collectively, "SEOBoostAI" or "the System"). By purchasing, accessing, or using SEOBoostAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the System.

1. Platform Dependency and Operational Limitations

SEOBoostAI is a system designed to operate exclusively within the ChatGPT platform using OpenAI’s canvas-based expansion environment. It depends entirely on the availability and proper functioning of this canvas feature.

You acknowledge that SEOBoostAI is a third-party system and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by OpenAI. We have no influence over ChatGPT’s interface, infrastructure, updates, or canvas behavior.

If OpenAI changes, disables, restricts, or removes the canvas feature — or alters how prompts are processed — SEOBoostAI may become partially or fully inoperable until OpenAI restores platform functionality. These platform-level changes may occur without warning, and do not represent a failure or defect in the SEOBoostAI system.

You agree and understand that:

• SEOBoostAI is not responsible for maintaining or restoring OpenAI platform features.
• This product is sold “as-is” and remains fully intact during all platform outages or changes.
• No refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes shall be granted for platform outages or canvas-related functionality issues beyond our control.
• Any user experiencing canvas-related issues must contact OpenAI directly at support@openai.com.

By purchasing SEOBoostAI, you expressly accept the inherent platform dependency and waive all claims related to any temporary or permanent loss of functionality due to changes in the ChatGPT platform.

2. Licensing, Ownership, and Prohibited Uses

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SEOBoostAI for your own internal content creation purposes. This license permits use of the system inside your personal ChatGPT account only.

You do not acquire any ownership, resale, or redistribution rights to the system, prompts, templates, structure, instructional documentation, workflows, schema generation, image prompt process, or any other component of SEOBoostAI.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, copying, duplicating, or distributing any part of SEOBoostAI prompts or system documents to other individuals, clients, or teams — whether for free or for compensation
• Reselling the system in full or in part, including as a prompt library, document bundle, training guide, or embedded product
• Offering SEOBoostAI functionality as part of your own client services, SaaS tools, or agency deliverables without explicit written permission
• Uploading, reproducing, or adapting any SEOBoostAI content to public or private repositories, cloud libraries, shared folders, AI prompt-sharing platforms, or third-party tools
• Rebranding or modifying the structure of SEOBoostAI for the purpose of misrepresentation or resale

Any violation of these usage terms constitutes a breach of this license agreement and may result in:

• Denial of future access to product updates or companion tools
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Formal copyright enforcement
• Legal pursuit of damages, including statutory infringement penalties

You agree to protect the intellectual property of SEOBoostAI and understand that all system elements, including naming conventions, prompt formatting, structural flow, schema integration, and multi-canvas logic are considered proprietary and protected content.

3. Refund Policy, Payment Disputes, and Access Acknowledgment

SEOBoostAI is a digital, non-tangible, irrevocable product delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to protected intellectual property and system documentation.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or payment reversals will be issued under any circumstances once access has been granted.

You understand and agree that:

• Access to SEOBoostAI documentation, prompt structures, or memory-loading instructions constitutes full delivery of the product.
• Refunds will not be granted for reasons including: lack of usage, buyer’s remorse, misunderstanding of the system, or platform-related issues beyond the creator’s control.
• This includes — but is not limited to — any temporary or permanent malfunction, removal, or restriction of the ChatGPT canvas feature.

Platform disruptions do not constitute grounds for a refund. SEOBoostAI remains intact and fully operable once the ChatGPT canvas is restored. Any platform-related issues must be addressed directly with OpenAI at support@openai.com.

You also agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your credit card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or ThriveCart. Doing so constitutes a violation of this agreement. Any such action may result in:

• Denial of future access to any companion tools, updates, or future versions
• Revocation of affiliate/referral privileges (if applicable)
• Legal response to recover unauthorized chargeback fees or damages

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

• Have read and accepted this Refund Policy in full
• Understand this is a non-refundable, single-user product
• Accept the platform dependency risk as outlined in Section 1
• Acknowledge that SEOBoostAI is not affiliated with OpenAI and cannot control updates, restrictions, or modifications made by the ChatGPT platform
• Have not been misled or misrepresented about the nature of the system, its delivery method, or its reliance on third-party functionality which may change without notice

4. System Updates and Support Limitations

SEOBoostAI is a self-contained, non-subscription-based digital system that is delivered in full at the time of purchase. While discretionary updates may be provided to maintain compatibility with ChatGPT, you understand and agree that no future updates are promised, scheduled, or implied as part of your purchase.

SEOBoostAI is not a software application, not a live service, and not guaranteed to evolve alongside OpenAI updates. This product is sold “as-is,” and all update decisions are made solely at the creator’s discretion.

If the ChatGPT platform changes — including updates to canvas behavior, formatting interpretation, schema rendering, or prompt expansion logic — SEOBoostAI may require internal adjustment. However, you are not entitled to receive these updates unless they are voluntarily provided.

Updates refer only to:

• Edits to prompts, formatting, or documentation to reflect minor changes in ChatGPT’s behavior
• Fixes to known issues in the original system
• Optional improvements or enhancements made available to active users

Updates do NOT include:

• Rebuilding the system due to major platform changes
• Adapting to new ChatGPT features or limitations
• Recoding schema or structural logic to match OpenAI updates
• Guaranteed future content, documentation, or feature releases

Support Limitations: Support is limited to access-related or product functionality questions only. SEOBoostAI does not include personalized coaching, SEO consulting, content troubleshooting, or keyword selection services.

Any questions, issues, or malfunctions originating from ChatGPT or OpenAI are the responsibility of the platform provider. SEOBoostAI is not owned by or affiliated with OpenAI and cannot fix or report ChatGPT-related issues on your behalf. Please contact OpenAI directly at support@openai.com for platform support.

5. Limitation of Liability and Enforcement Rights

SEOBoostAI is provided “as-is” without any warranties or guarantees of specific performance, search engine results, revenue generation, user success, or technical compatibility beyond the requirements disclosed at the time of purchase.

The effectiveness of SEOBoostAI depends heavily on external systems, including the ChatGPT platform operated by OpenAI, your personal use of the system, the proper application of instructions, and search engine algorithms which may change over time. No outcome is guaranteed, and results will vary depending on your execution and platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOBoostAI and its creator shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Business interruption, loss of revenue, SEO rankings, traffic, sales, or goodwill
• Incompatibility due to future platform updates, service outages, or third-party restrictions
• Platform limitations or malfunctions caused by OpenAI, ChatGPT, or other hosting services

You agree that your purchase is made at your own risk and with full awareness of the platform dependency, self-guided nature, and digital delivery structure of the product.

In the event of any breach of these Terms — including unauthorized resale, redistribution, rebranding, or public sharing of the system or its components — the creator of SEOBoostAI reserves the right to:

• Deny future access to any companion tools, updates, or future versions
• Revoke participation in affiliate or referral programs (if applicable)
• Pursue legal remedies, including takedown notices, copyright enforcement, and claims for statutory or financial damages under applicable intellectual property laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By purchasing this product, you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in California for any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement.

6. User Agreement and Final Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase of SEOBoostAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full Terms of Service and Refund Policy made available prior to checkout.

You explicitly acknowledge that:

• SEOBoostAI is a non-refundable, self-guided digital system
• Access to documentation, prompts, or memory-loading instructions constitutes full product delivery
• You accept that the system depends entirely on the ChatGPT canvas feature, and that platform disruptions beyond the creator’s control do not warrant a refund
• You understand that SEOBoostAI is not affiliated with OpenAI and cannot fix or restore any ChatGPT functionality
• You waive all claims related to performance expectations, platform behavior, or outcome guarantees
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason related to platform changes, access issues, or functionality outside the seller’s control

By checking the required box during checkout, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the laws of the State of California and agree to all terms outlined in this document.
