1. Digital Product Delivery and Non-Returnability

SEOBoostAI is a one-time purchase digital product that is delivered in full and made accessible immediately after payment is processed. Delivery includes permanent access to proprietary prompts, documentation, schema generation logic, formatting workflows, and intellectual property that cannot be un-accessed or revoked once viewed or downloaded.

Because this is a non-tangible product that cannot be physically returned or digitally disabled, all sales are strictly final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided under any circumstance once the user has accessed the system content — regardless of usage, satisfaction, or platform changes.

2. What You Are Purchasing

By purchasing SEOBoostAI, you are obtaining a one-time, non-subscription license to access a self-guided, instructional system for SEO content creation using the ChatGPT platform. This product includes structured prompts, article templates, schema strategies, and keyword integration guidance — all provided as instructional materials designed for use inside ChatGPT.

You are not purchasing:

• Software or a downloadable application
• A hosted platform or membership area
• Technical support services, live coaching, or personalized instruction
• A guarantee of ranking results, website traffic, or business performance
• Ongoing updates or a subscription-based evolution of the system

SEOBoostAI is fully dependent on the canvas functionality within ChatGPT, a third-party platform owned and operated by OpenAI. If the ChatGPT platform changes, disables, or removes the canvas feature, SEOBoostAI may become temporarily or permanently inoperable until canvas is restored.

These platform-level changes are entirely beyond our control and do not qualify as a valid reason for requesting a refund. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand this dependency and accept the risk of future OpenAI modifications that may affect usability.

3. Platform Dependency and Responsibility Clarification

SEOBoostAI is a system built specifically to operate inside the ChatGPT platform using OpenAI’s proprietary canvas-based interface. We do not own, operate, control, or influence the ChatGPT platform, its features, or its ongoing development.

SEOBoostAI is not affiliated with OpenAI, nor do we have access to or influence over their platform decisions, changes, or technical support processes.

If OpenAI changes, removes, disables, or otherwise disrupts the canvas feature or other functionality essential to SEOBoostAI’s performance, the system may become partially or entirely inoperable until those changes are reversed or restored by OpenAI.

These events are outside our control and do not constitute product failure, defect, or misrepresentation. They are platform-level issues, and all technical support requests relating to ChatGPT functionality must be directed to OpenAI at support@openai.com.

By completing your purchase, you accept the platform risk and agree not to pursue a refund, chargeback, or dispute related to service interruptions, interface changes, or platform behavior originating from ChatGPT.

4. Unauthorized Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement that explicitly disallows payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal requests once the product has been delivered.

Access to SEOBoostAI constitutes full digital delivery under U.S. and international e-commerce laws. Attempting to reverse a payment after delivery — for reasons including dissatisfaction, platform limitations, or unsubstantiated claims — is considered a direct violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

You agree to first contact SEOBoostAI for any concerns and to pursue resolution professionally before initiating any action with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or processor.

Any false or unauthorized dispute initiated after delivery may result in:

• Permanent loss of access to any future tools, updates, or services
• Immediate removal from affiliate or partner programs (if applicable)
• Forfeiture of any unpaid commissions earned in violation of SEOBoostAI Affiliate Terms
• Notification to relevant payment platforms of abuse
• Legal pursuit of damages and recovery of fees associated with dispute resolution or chargeback processing

We reserve the right to defend any payment reversal with full documentation, including platform access logs, confirmation of delivery, and agreed-to terms at the time of purchase. This policy exists to protect honest buyers while actively defending against digital product theft and abuse of our affiliate program.

• Have not been misled, pressured, or promised guaranteed rankings, traffic, or financial outcomes
